Dr. Grand
joined the Hand & UpperEx Center in August 2004. After graduating
from Yale University School of Medicine, Dr. Grand successfully
completed a Plastic Surgery Residency in St. Louis and a fellowship
in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh.
He is returning to the Pittsburgh Region after working in private
practice in Oklahoma City. Dr. Grand is board certified and has published numerous articles
and brings to the practice an impressive list of accomplishments.
He will participate in fellow and resident education at the University
of Pittsburgh.
Dr. Grand is on the medical staff at UPMC Passavant/Cranberry,
Jefferson Regional Medical Center, UPMC Presbyterian/Shadyside,
Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, UPMC St. Margaret's, and Mercy
Hospital of Pittsburgh.
